Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule (if dates are available) thirty (30) days or more prior to the travel date that is identified by The Dunk Collective for your event. Event cancellation or rescheduling carriers a 10% fee based on the agreed upon and executed appearance fee and rider (if applicable). The Dunk Collective reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or terminate an appearance request and will fully refund a deposit in the instance that an event is cancelled by The Dunk Collective. Please see Event Appearance Agreement regarding applicable Force Majeure, Idemnification, Reputational, and Payment terms and conditions.
